Feelings of wellbeing are important to the overall health of anybody. Past experiences, trauma, attitudes, thoughts, stress, anxiety, depression and more can all impact wellbeing. In fact anything we experience either physically, psychologically, emotionally or physiologically can affect a person moving forward in life.

Here at Walm you are given a confidential space to discuss your general wellbeing with an aim to explore the barriers and challenges that face you.

Sometimes all it takes is a listening ear and in other times the use of individual mindful art therapy can be very useful! Over the last 10 years I have used mindful art techniques successfully in consultations allowing the client to explore the life experiences they have had or are currently having.

With a certification in counselling skills for non counsellors obtained through working with Relate, I am equipped with skills to help you move forward in a fully supported and positive way.
