In fact anything we experience either physically, psychologically, emotionally or physiologically can affect a person moving forward in life.
Here at Walm you are given a confidential space to discuss your general wellbeing with an aim to explore the barriers and challenges that face you.
Sometimes all it takes is a listening ear and in other times the use of individual mindful art therapy can be very useful! Over the last 10 years I have used mindful art techniques successfully in consultations allowing the client to explore the life experiences they have had or are currently having.
With a certification in counselling skills for non counsellors obtained through working with Relate, I am equipped with skills to help you move forward in a fully supported and positive way.
